Goal in School - ESOL

 In ESOL, We discuss about how we relive stress to do better at school. I choose to do time managing  so I don't feel stressed and pressured. I manage to fix my time schedule, usually I sleep for 4 - 6 hours a day then I noticed that im always in bad mood it is because I lack sleep, so I decided to change it and get better myself, now I sleep for atleast 7 - 9 hours a day. It is really not that hard to change, you just lack decipline.
