King of Excuses

In Creative Writing, there are different types you can choose and I pick 'King of Excuses'. It's all about a poem about excuses.

                                             'Why you're late to class'

I can't walk, because my knees are broken.

I woke up late and didn't check the time.

I  got hit by a Truck.

I got hostage by a robber and stabbed my back.

I'm feeling sick.

Someone throw me a brick.

I can't run because the stray dogs are on the street.

The sun is rising, I cannot resist the sun's heat.
