ESOL
If I were stuck in the middle of the Mountains in New Zealand in winter, what items would be best to bring? Starting with a Lighter, you can set fire with a lighter that can be used for cooking and making a campfire to stay warm. Lighters are one of the basic needs of a survival kit, every hiker brings at least 1 before setting off.
Secondly, is a machete, it is necessary for cutting trees and hunting, it also can be used for defence from feral animals in the mountain, such as wild snakes etc.
The last thing you need for survival is food and water, you can’t survive in the wild without eating a single food, although you can hunt wild animals for your food but isn't as easy as you think and it would be better if you have emergency food, next is Water, you can live a month without eating, however, you will not Elive for a week without drinking water, although you can look for a river for freshwater.
Bringing a survival kit would be the best option. The survival kit already had most of the things that I said, it already had a flashlight, blanket and many more.

ESOL - Feb 11, 2021
1. Do a blog entry on the 321 RIQ strategy of reflection.
- On today's ESOL we learnt about 321 RIQ, it is a strategy of reflection, it means 3 Recalls for 3 things that you remember about the lesson, 2 Insight for the 2 new things you learnt on the lesson, and 1 Question is for 1 question about something for what you didn't understand or things that are not still clear to you.
2. Write a 321 reflection of ESOL 1 so far
- For the past ESOL classes, we have done a few activities such as an introduction game, we need to introduce ourselves with a verb started with the letter of your name then what you like, next we did the Benefits Blogging, I learnt how necessary teacher knowing our opinions is, my question is how is it benefiting students.
